Pharmacist-Individual

Pharmacists licensed for at least two years

Premium Pharmacist-Individual

Pharmacists who wants to save an additional 10% on all AzPA events and programs

Pharmacists who are married

Persons employed as supportive pharmacy personnel.

Persons who are matriculating full time in a college or school of pharmacy.  $20 AzPA membership dues: $5 for activity fee.
